VesselParty currently operates in major coastal cities across the United States, with plans to expand internationally. Check our experiences page to see what's available near you.
Not at all! All experiences are led by professional, licensed vessel owners and captains. You just show up and enjoy the ride.
Booking Questions
Browse our experiences, select one you like, choose your date and group size, and complete the booking with secure online payment. You'll receive instant confirmation via email.
Yes! Each experience lists its maximum capacity. You can select the number of guests during booking. For large groups or private charters, contact us directly.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Popular experiences during peak season may require earlier booking.
You can modify your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Visit your bookings page or contact our support team for assistance.
Payment & Fees
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.
No hidden fees. The price you see includes the experience cost and our service fee. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. See our full cancellation policy for details.
Your payment is processed at the time of booking. For cancellations eligible for a refund, the amount is returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Safety Information
All vessels on our platform undergo regular safety inspections and must meet Coast Guard requirements. Vessel owners are required to maintain valid insurance and safety equipment.
All vessels are equipped with life jackets, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and communication devices as required by maritime regulations.
Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe, the vessel owner will reschedule or cancel the trip. You'll receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
You can report safety concerns through our app, by emailing safety@vesselparty.com, or by calling our 24/7 safety hotline. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
