Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VesselParty, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including guests, vessel owners, and visitors.
User Accounts
You must create an account to book experiences or list vessels. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Platform Usage
VesselParty provides a marketplace connecting guests with independent providers. We do not own, operate, control, or captain any vessel listed on the platform. Providers may be the direct owner of the vessel or a brokerage acting as agent for a third-party owner. In both cases, providers are independent operators responsible for their own services, safety, and compliance with all applicable laws, including U.S. Coast Guard chartering rules where applicable.
Intellectual Property
All content on VesselParty, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to VesselParty and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
VesselParty is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any experience booked through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant booking.
Brokered Listings
Some experiences on VesselParty are offered through a brokerage β a provider who represents a vessel owned by a third party rather than one they own directly. Brokered listings are clearly identified in the listing card and again on the checkout page before you complete your booking. VesselParty processes payments, cancellations, and support requests for brokered and direct bookings on the same terms. Your contractual counterparty for the experience is the provider identified on your booking confirmation.
