Guest Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary by experience. Each listing displays its specific cancellation policy at checkout and in your booking confirmation β€” please review it before you book. The policy shown at the time of booking governs your cancellation and any refund.

Vessel Owner Cancellations

If a vessel owner cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund. We will also assist you in finding an alternative experience if available.

Weather Cancellations

If an experience is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
