Service Fees
VesselParty charges a service fee on each booking, covering platform maintenance, customer support, payment processing, and insurance coordination. The default fee is 15%; a different rate may apply to individual providers as agreed in their Provider Agreement. The fee is included in the displayed price.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment partner.
Currency
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). International guests may see converted amounts on their bank statements based on their bank's exchange rate.
Provider Payouts
Providers receive payouts within 3–5 business days after the experience is completed. Payouts are made via direct bank transfer through Stripe Connect. For brokered listings, payouts go to the brokerage provider; the brokerage is responsible for remitting any share owed to the vessel owner under their separate agreement.
