Service Fees
VesselParty charges a service fee of 15% on each booking, which covers platform maintenance, customer support, payment processing, and insurance coordination. This fee is included in the displayed price.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment partner.
Currency
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). International guests may see converted amounts on their bank statements based on their bank's exchange rate.
Vessel Owner Payouts
Vessel owners receive payouts within 3–5 business days after the experience is completed. Payouts are made via direct bank transfer through Stripe Connect.
