Vessel Requirements

All vessels must pass our safety inspection, maintain valid Coast Guard certification, carry required safety equipment (life jackets, fire extinguishers, first aid kits), and have current insurance coverage.

Captain Requirements

All vessel operators must hold a valid captain's license, pass a background check, maintain current first aid and CPR certification, and complete VesselParty's safety training program.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must follow all safety instructions from the captain, wear life jackets when required, refrain from reckless behavior, and report any safety concerns immediately.

Emergency Procedures

All vessels carry emergency communication equipment. In case of emergency, the captain will follow established maritime safety protocols. VesselParty maintains a 24/7 emergency response team.
