VesselParty Booking Policy
Version 1.0 – Effective January 2026
1. Overview
This Booking Policy outlines the rules and procedures for reserving vessel-based experiences through VesselParty. By making a booking, you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.
2. Booking Process
Users can request bookings through the Platform by selecting a Listing, choosing a date and time, and providing necessary payment and identification details. A booking is only confirmed once accepted by the Provider and payment is successfully processed.
3. Booking Confirmation
Once the Provider confirms a booking, you will receive a confirmation email or notification. The details of the booking, including timing, location, and Provider instructions, will be available in your account dashboard.
4. Provider Discretion
Providers may accept or reject booking requests at their sole discretion. VesselParty is not responsible for booking denials or schedule conflicts.
5. Changes and Modifications
Users may request changes to bookings (such as date or time) directly through the Platform. Approval of changes is subject to Provider availability and discretion. Significant changes may require cancellation and rebooking.
6. No-Show Policy
If a User fails to appear at the agreed location and time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable under the applicable cancellation policy.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellations are governed by the selected cancellation policy for the booking. See our Cancellation Policy for more details.
8. Communication
Users and Providers are encouraged to communicate through the Platform for coordination and clarification. VesselParty may monitor communication to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.
9. Disputes
Booking-related disputes must be reported to VesselParty within 48 hours of the scheduled event. Supporting evidence may be required to facilitate resolution. Final decisions are at VesselParty's discretion.
