VesselParty Safety and Insurance
Version 1.0 – Effective January 2026
1. Overview
VesselParty is committed to supporting safe and responsible vessel-based experiences. However, we are a technology platform only and do not own, operate, or control any vessels. Safety during experiences and compliance with applicable laws and insurance requirements is the sole responsibility of each Provider.
2. Provider Responsibilities
Each Provider is independently responsible for ensuring that their vessel is operated in accordance with applicable maritime laws and regulations, and that it is safe, seaworthy, and properly equipped. Providers are also solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required licenses, permits, and insurance coverage related to their operations.
VesselParty does not verify or collect proof of insurance from Providers and does not guarantee or endorse any Provider's insurance status.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their own behavior during vessel experiences and must follow all instructions from the Provider and the captain. Users understand that participating in water-based activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to weather conditions, vessel movement, and equipment failures.
Users are strongly encouraged to evaluate the insurance coverage of their chosen Provider and to obtain personal insurance (such as travel or accident insurance) where appropriate.
4. Platform Limitations
VesselParty does not provide insurance coverage for Users or Providers and is not an insurer. We do not act as a guarantor of any Provider's safety practices or insurance arrangements. Any insurance-related matters must be addressed directly between Users and Providers.
5. Incident Reporting
If a safety-related incident occurs during a vessel experience, Users or Providers should report it to VesselParty within 24 hours at support@vesselparty.com. This helps us monitor platform activity and take appropriate action if needed.
