VesselParty Platform Rules

Version 1.0 – Effective January 2026

1. Purpose

These Platform Rules are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and reliable experience for all Users and Providers using VesselParty. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to abide by these rules.

2. Respect and Conduct

  • Treat all users, providers, crew, and staff with respect.
  • No abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behavior will be tolerated.
  • Follow all instructions given by the Provider or vessel captain during the experience.

3. Legal and Safety Compliance

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
  • Do not bring illegal substances, weapons, or contraband on board.
  • Use safety equipment when instructed and avoid reckless behavior.

4. Alcohol and Substances

  • Alcohol consumption must be responsible and in accordance with Provider rules.
  • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited at all times.
  • Users under the influence may be denied boarding or removed from the vessel without refund.

5. Property and Damage

  • Respect the vessel and onboard property.
  • Users are responsible for any damage they or their guests cause.
  • Report any incidents or damage to VesselParty within 24 hours.

6. Account and Booking Integrity

  • Do not create fake or duplicate accounts.
  • All bookings and communications must be made through the Platform.
  • Do not attempt to bypass platform fees or policies.

7. Enforcement

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account, cancellation of bookings, and other actions at VesselParty's discretion. We reserve the right to take legal action in cases of fraud, abuse, or safety violations.
